A lot is being said about Tim Tebow these days, literally, as Twitter announced that Tebow-inspired-Tweets set a new sports Tweets per-second record of 9,420.  We talk a lot about game changing talent for Radio and TV, and while there are surely arguments to be made about Tebow’s NFL future , he is a game changing personality.  He transcends sports.  The Tebow mystique is much, much bigger than his religion, arm, helmet, or wins and losses on the football field.

 

Football talent and religion aside, Tebow is one of those rare personalities that is smart, authentic, transparent, humble, self-deprecating, motivated, always prepared, and often polarizing.  Ironically, those are hallmarks of many of the biggest entertainers (musicians, actors, comedians, media stars, etc.).

 

Tim Tebow has that X-Factor that can’t be coached in the NFL or classroom.  As you assess your team, who’s the Tim Tebow in your organization?  Every brand needs a Tebow.
